Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for highly ambitious and responsible recent university graduates and less than 2 years business experience with impressive amounts of drive and a degree in Business and other majors. You need to be capable of taking on challenging positions early in your career and show us that you can adapt well to different work situations. Proactive with plenty of initiative, you’ll bring an impressive ability to connect with others within the company. And with your analytical mindset, you can make a plan, take action and measure the result.

Your future

Having successfully completed the program, you’ll take on an entry-level management position suited to your profile, interests and results. Show great results after 12-18 months, and we’ll expect you to embrace your next challenge in a more senior role.

Available Position

Our one year management trainee Program offers either of the role across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain / Operations, Finance or HR. As you go through the program, you’ll lead several project. But one thing will never change – the work you do will be meaningful, and it’ll be noticed.

For the first time also, we are integrating our program with the international team of APAC zone so you could have networking with other countries from first stage.

We want your development to be unique to you, so you’ll be able to focus your progress on the challenges that best suit your future ambitions. You’ll rapidly build up impressive experience and a wealth of new skills. And if, at any point, you come up with a better way of doing something, you’ll find that our senior leaders are always ready to listen.
